We do not require you to create an account or set a password, and we do not collect financial or payment information through this website.

We use the information you provide to prepare and deliver your consultation or course, to respond to your enquiries, and to communicate with you about your booking. We do not use your personal information for automated profiling or targeted advertising.

4. WhatsApp-Based Communication

Consultation booking details are stored in Deep Astro's private Google Sheets booking CRM so we can reserve your slot, verify payment and deliver the consultation. Payment screenshots and related conversations take place over WhatsApp and are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms, operated by Meta. Course and contact enquiries continue to open as pre-filled WhatsApp messages.

5. Cookies & Language Preference

This site uses a single first-party cookie to remember your preferred language (English or Hindi) between visits. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

Some pages embed video thumbnails hosted on YouTube; interacting with this content is subject to Google's own privacy policy. This website is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which processes standard connection data, such as IP address, to deliver the site securely and reliably.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to deliver a service you have requested, such as sending your message over WhatsApp, or where required by law.

Booking records are retained in our private Google Sheets CRM only as long as needed to administer the consultation, payment records and applicable business obligations. WhatsApp conversation retention is governed by your own WhatsApp settings. You may request access, correction or deletion at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

This site is served over HTTPS, and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

This website is not directed at children. If a consultation involves the birth details of a minor, it should be requested and managed by a parent or guardian.
